Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to target new business opportunities within building products industry.
Responsible for selling building products like AAC Blocks.
Required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers, architects, builders, dealers etc., as a daily activity and get the sales leads.
Conduct site visits to showcase products and provide detailed information to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Responsible for building a bond between the brand and the buyers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
